I planned this trip and restaurants over a week in advance it was our anniversary which I wanted to spent in this restaurant which ended up to be in this horrible restaurant, and very rude staff. We wanted to wait on our friends to arrive they where running late. We asked for another basket of bread the staff denied us another basket of bread we had to order a starter even when our friends didn¿t arrive yet. I think it¿s normal to eat together we where early. They said no, order a starter now. We wanted to wait with a glass of wine and some extra bread. They literally said ¿NO MORE BREAD YOU HAVE TO ORDER A STARTER¿! I¿ve never been treated in this disrespectful way. Before we even started they made us feel very unwelcome. Nobody speaks even one word of English in this beautiful city of Luxembourg. I¿m a vegetarian and they brought us sandwiches with ham and I had to eat only the nuts. They pointed out that nuts are vegetarian. As if I didn¿t know that. Anyway didn¿t let them spoil our evening, luckily this city is full of beautiful restaurants with great staff who at least try to make you feel welcome and try to speak English. Never again with this very rude staff. This staff and ¿chef¿ feels to good for us Dutch people from Amsterdam who have been around the world.

Cadre agréable, personnel accueillant très attentionné. Cuisine gastronomique, raffinée où les produits locaux sont mis à l'honneur. Tout était parfait: On va revenir!

Service was slow and bad. It felt like they don't care about Resto Days customers. But that is a big mistake because resto day clients are future regular clients (if you treat them well!). I am pregnant but they still served raw salmon for starter.

Hello, This was our third visit to your restaur...

Hello, This was our third visit to your restaurant based on our positive past experince. We were there because of our anniversary. We made the reservation weeks ago. We came to restaurant, saw that the floor is different, askd for the reason, received a reply that there was a banquet upstairs. The floor was extremely cold, we couldn¿t enjoy at all. My wife put on her coat while having her dessert. I went up for toilet and saw that the floor was half empty which means there were space for us and quite warm. I talked to your employees but still stayed on the cold floor and left just after having a quick dessert and coffee. I am not planning to come to your restaurant ever again and I am very disappointed that it was an unfortunate bad experience on our 5th anniversary. When we had finished the meal we wanted to...

When we had finished the meal we wanted to pay by credit or debit card. The machine didn't work for either. This was not our fault, there was no problem with eiither of our cards. The waiter's solution was for my husband to leave the restaurant and find a cash machine! This was a very unsatisfactory and disappointing end to what was meant to be my birthday celebration. Besides which, there was no attempt to make amends for the inconvenience. Not the behaviour we would expect of a restaurant of class.
